Our research lies at the intersection of optics, condensed mater physics, electronics, materials science and chemistry. We are always looking for motivated students to join our lab. Please contact us for more information!
Our research aims to: 1) Develop disruptive nanoscale sensing technologies that enable the direct visualization of fundamental quantities such as temperature, pH, and external fields on working optical/electrical/mechanical devices down to the nanoscale limit. 2) Engineer novel quantum emitters in low-dimensional materials for sensing applications at micro-/nano-scale 3) Explore light-matter interactions at the nanoscale 4) Understand heat transport in nanodevices and nanomaterials
Our research has been published in the high-impact journals shown below
